When bad light is given to the image of dog breeders all over America, they were given no choice but to respond to the different controversies to defend their image.
Humane Society of the United States’ annual Horrible Hundred puppy mill report was recently released by the News-Leader, and it gave so much negative impression on the dog breeding community, that they felt a great need to say something about the issue.
One licensed breeder, for instance, Ann Quinn was brave enough to prove the report wrong, or at least to prove that it is wrong to generalize that all kennels are the same.
Quinn voluntarily opened her kennel doors to media and the Humane Society to let them see first-hand that not all kennels are that bad.
